Event Specific Funds Request Application
The New Richmond Fine Arts Council (NRFAC) promotes participation in and appreciation of the arts in the New Richmond community. We exist to connect our New Richmond community to the fine arts and to the many cultural experiences in our area. The NRFAC is funded solely through free-will contributions.
